A: Yes. I include sensory profiling and tailored questionnaires for children with additional needs, and every plan is fully individualised. I have extensive experience supporting both neurodiverse and neurotypical children, ensuring strategies suit your child’s temperament, developmental stage, and family routine.
A: Absolutely. My approach is tailored for all toddlers and EYFS children, whether neurotypical or neurodiverse. Every plan is personalised to your child’s sleep patterns, age, and developmental needs, ensuring calm, connected, and restorative sleep.
A: Families see significant improvements within 3 weeks, the ideal timeframe for adjustment, implementation, and refinement of gentle, gradual sleep strategies.
A: Never. I do not use cry-it-out methods. My approach is gentle, responsive, and nurturing, respecting your child’s needs while teaching them to sleep independently.
A: Yes. Your personalised plan addresses all aspects of sleep, including night wakings, bedtime routines, and daytime naps, tailored for both neurotypical and neurodiverse children.
A: Resistance is normal. That’s why I provide daily support via WhatsApp and
check-ins—guiding you through every tricky moment, offering reassurance, and making adjustments so your child adapts comfortably.
A: You’ll have a 20-minute follow-up call within 28 days, and I provide strategies to help you manage future sleep challenges, like developmental transitions, teething, illness, or changes in routine.
A: I am the only sleep coach I know specialising in toddlers and EYFS children WITH an extensive SEND and inclusion background. I support both neurodiverse and neurotypical children, have a 100% success rate, and provide hands-on, daily guidance throughout the 3-week program—not just a plan to implement alone.
A: Yes. Each child’s plan is individualised, and I can advise on managing multiple children’s sleep in a way that works for your family.
A: Some families choose to extend support beyond the initial 3 weeks, not because they need it but they want it. I offer ongoing personalised guidance at £135 per week or as and when parents may want it in the future too. This allows you to continue daily check-ins, real-time advice, and plan tweaks while your child consolidates their new sleep routines. It’s ideal if you want extra reassurance, confidence, and continuity during transitions or developmental changes. I also offer 30 minute telephone consultations too, priced at £49.
