With this package, you get a personalised sleep plan plus unlimited WhatsApp access to me as your personal sleep coach (Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm).
I’ll be on hand to guide you throughout the day, whenever you need me, through every tricky moment, all the way to the bedtime routine, with daily check-ins to keep you on track. I’m with you from start to finish for the implementation of your child's sleep plan, answering questions, offering reassurance, celebrating every win, helping you make sense of all things sleep and making tweaks along the way so your little one hits their sleep goals—and you feel confident doing it.
