'One size fits all' - STOP RIGHT THERE... NO, NO NO!

 There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to improving a little one's sleep. This is why for every family I work with, I create a bespoke, tailored and personalised plan based upon their child and family life, priorities and routines.  This is why I also have a 100% success rate in transforming little one's sleep for every family I have worked with.                           

It's about you too!

My 1:1 sleep support looks after mummies and daddies too because I care about parental wellbeing. Not only do I want to support you in transforming your little one's sleep, I also want to transform your wellbeing. I will take you from feeling exhausted, worn out, irritable and feeling anxious at the thought of bedtime and nights, to feeling revitalised, able to function again; restoring your relationships and wellbeing. You are just as important as your baby's sleep when you work with me.

Being realistic

Family life is busy, whether that be your husband/partner is a shift worker (like mine!), you have other children to consider and you work full or part time. You want to improve your little one's sleep as easily and as quickly as possible - no one wants to be sleep training for weeks on end when they don't have to be! With my range of gentle approaches without the use of any 'quick fixes', I will create a sleep plan that adapts well to your busy family life and means you will see quick progress - within 2 weeks we will have your little one's sleep (and yours!) transformed.
