After a traumatic birth with my son, I found myself running on empty. He struggled with sleep from the very beginning, and our days (and nights) quickly became a cycle of constant rocking, short naps, and those long, lonely early hours. I remember just how heavy that exhaustion can feel -That’s what led me to this work.
Because I now know—it doesn’t have to be this way.
I truly believe every family deserves to feel rested, supported, and calm. My approach is gentle, responsive, and rooted in connection, so you can improve your child’s sleep while still feeling close, confident, and in tune with their needs. Helping my son learn to sleep better changed everything for our family—and it’s now my passion to help you experience that same sense of relief and rest.

As a gentle sleep coach and parent, I understand first hand what it feels like to experience sleep deprivation at its peak. I am passionate about helping families get out of the trenches of sleepless nights, and I never use cry-it-out methods. My approaches are caring, supportive, loving, and responsive, ensuring that both children and parents feel understood and respected. I have completed extensive training in child sleep, supporting children with typical sleep challenges as well as Autism, anxiety, and other developmental differences. I have worked with families across the UK to transform their little ones’ sleep, and my training was completed with an award-winning sleep consultancy, featured in Glamour, Women’s Health, and The Mirror.

I am the sleep coach who brings an extensive background in SEND, inclusion, and primary education. I support both neurodiverse and neurotypical children, combining years of professional experience with specialist sleep training to create solutions that work for every child and family.
I am also an affiliate for many UK charities, parent support groups, and educational settings which allows me to stay connected to the latest guidance, resources, and best practices—ensuring families get informed, evidence-based support beyond my sessions.

With over 12 years in the education sector as a qualified primary school teacher, Assistant Headteacher, and Deputy Headteacher, I’ve worked with hundreds of children and families across Infant, Toddler, early years and primary age. My leadership roles in inclusion mean I understand children with additional needs deeply, allowing me to provide tailored sleep support that works for all families.
