What sets my sleep support apart is the combination of:
- Extensive professional experience: Over 12 years in the education sector as a qualified primary school teacher, Assistant Headteacher, and Deputy Headteacher. I’ve worked with hundreds of children and families, developing the skills to understand children’s needs deeply.
- Specialised sleep expertise: I’ve trained extensively in child sleep and support children not only with typical sleep challenges but also with Autism, anxiety, and other developmental differences. I have had the privilege of supporting countless families across the UK in transforming their little one’s sleep. I trained with an award-winning sleep consultancy provider—featured in Glamour, Women’s Health, and The Mirror.
- A personalised, nurturing approach: Every child is unique, and so is every family. I create sleep solutions that work with your child, your parenting style, and your routines—not against them.
- I offer both a 4 week 1:1 support package or a 3 month 1:1 support package, designed for parents who wish to have me as their longer term support crutch, on hand whenever they need me post sleep coaching as they settle into life with better sleeping habits.
- Post-Package Support: Ages & Stages Roadmap. I know sleep needs change as your child grows. That’s why I offer post-package support to help families maintain long-term, sustainable sleep habits included in my Nurtured Nights and Naps Premium support package or at a additional cost for parents purchasing my Nurtured Naps and Nights 4 week support package. This is where I provide a 45-minute 1:1 Ages & Stages Roadmap session via Zoom. During this session, we’ll:
- Review your child’s future sleep needs and developmental transitions
- Prepare strategies for sleep challenges during life changes, like illness, teething, or moving house
- Ensure you feel confident managing sleep now and as your little one grows
This way, my support doesn’t stop when the initial 1:1 support ends. You’ll have the knowledge and tools to navigate the changes ahead, ensuring sleep remains calm, connected, and restorative for both your child and your family.
Because every parent deserves to enjoy parenthood—not just survive it—and every child deserves nurturing, connected sleep that supports their development and wellbeing.
