With my helping hand provided for 2 whole weeks, this programme is ideal for those parents who would like the reassurance of knowing they have me in their back pocket, cheerleading them on throughout their whole sleep training journey and supporting them with any bumps in the road (because life isn't perfect or doesn't always go to plan) with them from the beginning until the very end, ensuring all sleep goals are met for their little one.
What is included?
This programme is suitable for children aged 1.5-7 years who struggle with anxiety relating to bedtime and sleep and is ideal for parents wanting to use a really gentle and gradual approach to improving their child's sleep.

Naturally with gradual approaches and highly anxious children, progress takes a little longer due to the slower pace of the approaches used but you will have all of the confidence and knowledge you need after or 3 weeks together to see your plan through thereafter!

This is the ideal programme for new parents of newborns aged 0-16 weeks old and parents-to-be who wish to instil excellent sleep habits from the beginning, to give their bubba the best possible foundations for great sleep and to be a great sleeper from Day 1.
Sleep is one of those things that until you don't have it, you don't know what it truly feels like to be sleep deprived. Naturally, when our little miracles come along, our sleep changes as we respond to their every need because they are completely reliant upon us. Up until around 3 months, newborn babies have no concept of day or night, which is why they feed around the clock and their sleep is not clockwork, leaving us feeling exhausted! Take it from one mum who knows sleep deprivation at its best (there were some nights I only got an hour's shut eye with my son!) - the better prepared you can be for what to expect re sleep changes and how to lay excellent foundations from Day 1 to ensure your little one gets the best sleep possible... and you, the better it will be for your wellbeing and your little one's chances of being an excellent sleeper.
It always baffles me how at antenatal classes, sleep isn't really widely spoken about. Yet, it is one of the most fundamental parts to becoming and adapting to life a new parent. Sleep is a vital human sleep need to function and remain healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.

✓ The 4-month regression; what it is, signs of a regression and how to handle it.
