This is the perfect programme for parents of little ones aged 4months to 4 years who are experiencing a core problem with their little one's sleep such as bedtime battles, nightmare naps or frequent night waking (the list goes on!) and parents want to nip this core problem in the bud for once and for all!


 With this MINI RESET programme, you bring the core problem – bedtime battles, nap drama, hourly wake ups etc… and I’ll bring the plan.

  • 5 days (Monday to Friday during waking hours of 8am-6pm) of unlimited 1:1 support via WhatsApp messaging; you have me as your biggest cheerleader in your back pocket, with you every step during the first 5 days of starting the sleep plan, supporting you through any wobbles, tweaking where we/if need to and celebrating every win with you and ensuring fast results!
  • A 20 minute sleep support call post 1:1 support, to be used within one month of starting sleep training.

This is the perfect programme for parents of little ones aged 4months to 4 years who are experiencing sleep challenges, making naps and/or night sleep extremely difficult and exhausting. 


With my helping hand provided for 2 whole weeks, this programme is ideal for those parents who would like the reassurance of knowing they have me in their back pocket, cheerleading them on throughout their whole sleep training journey and supporting them with any bumps in the road (because life isn't perfect or doesn't always go to plan) with them from the beginning until the very end, ensuring all sleep goals are met for their little one.


What is included?


  • A detailed questionnaire which provides me with the full picture of your little one's current sleep challenges and your family life.
  • An analysis of 3 days and 3 nights sleep via a sleep diary log.
  • A bespoke, written sleep plan tailored to your child's sleep needs and family life.
  • A 45 minute consultation to discuss your little one's bespoke sleep plan and opportunity for you to ask any further questions you have, so you leave the consultation feeling  excited, confident and raring to go!
  • 2 weeks of unlimited 1:1 support via WhatsApp messaging  during waking hours 8am-6pm); you have me as your biggest cheerleader in your back pocket, with you every step during the two weeks, supporting you through any wobbles, tweaking where we/if need to and celebrating every win with you until we come to the end of the 2 weeks and have reached your sleep goals for your little one.

My 1:1 support services...

The ULTIMATE PLUS 1:1 Sleep Transformation support programme -£450

This programme is suitable for children aged 1.5-7 years who struggle with anxiety relating to bedtime and sleep and is ideal for parents wanting to use a really gentle and gradual approach to improving their child's sleep. 


If your child:

  • Will only sleep if with you
  • Suffers from separation anxiety
  • Will only sleep if you are in the room, present with them7
  • Refuses to sleep in their own bedroom
  • Anxious about their sleep space
  • Is a generally anxious child
  • Is awake multiple times in the night and seeks you at every wake

Naturally with  gradual approaches and highly anxious children, progress takes a little longer due to the slower pace of the approaches used but you will have all of the confidence and knowledge you need after or 3 weeks together to see your plan through thereafter!

The Antenatal Newborn Sleep Foundations 1:1 programme £100

This is the ideal programme for new parents of newborns aged 0-16 weeks old and parents-to-be who wish to instil excellent sleep habits from the beginning, to give their bubba the best possible foundations for great sleep and to be a great sleeper from Day 1.


Sleep is one of those things that until you don't have it, you don't know what it truly feels like to be sleep deprived. Naturally, when our little miracles come along, our sleep changes as we respond to their every need because they are completely reliant upon us. Up until around 3 months, newborn babies have no concept of day or night, which is why they feed around the clock and their sleep is not clockwork, leaving us feeling exhausted! Take it from one mum who knows sleep deprivation at its best (there were some nights I only got an hour's shut eye with my son!) - the better prepared you can be for what to expect re sleep changes and how to lay excellent foundations from Day 1 to ensure your little one gets the best sleep possible... and you, the better it will be for your wellbeing and your little one's chances of being an excellent sleeper. 


It always baffles me how at antenatal classes, sleep isn't really widely spoken about. Yet, it is one of the most fundamental parts to becoming and adapting to life a new parent. Sleep is a vital human sleep need to function and remain healthy physically, mentally and emotionally.
